1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the agreement between the Travel Agent (“we”, “our”, or “us”) and the Client (“you” or “your”) in relation to holiday and travel services arranged by us. By making any payment or confirming your booking, you acknowledge and agree to be bound by these Terms. Our services are provided in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, and these Terms apply to all clients, regardless of nationality or country of residence. By engaging our services, you agree that any disputes will be handled in accordance with Nigerian law.
2. Services Offered
We act as a travel intermediary to arrange and facilitate:
Flights, accommodation, airport transfers, local tours, and complete travel packages.
Visa application support (where applicable).
Travel itinerary planning and advisory.
Please note: we do not operate or control the services provided by airlines, hotels, tour operators, or third-party vendors.
3. Booking & Payment Terms
A non-refundable deposit, as stated at the time of quotation, is required to initiate bookings. $800
Full payment deadline 26th Dec. 2025
Full payment must be made on or before the specified deadline to confirm your booking.
Accepted payment methods include bank transfer (in Naira or approved foreign currency), card payment, or other methods agreed in writing.
Your booking is not confirmed until we have received full payment and issued written confirmation. We are not responsible for price increases or availability changes due to delays in payment.
4. Pricing & Currency
All prices are quoted in Nigerian Naira (NGN) unless otherwise indicated.
Where pricing is based on a foreign currency, exchange rate fluctuations may affect your final payable amount.
We reserve the right to adjust prices due to changes in airline or supplier fees, fuel surcharges, taxes, or regulatory charges.
5. Cancellation & Refunds
Cancellations must be submitted in writing (via email or official correspondence).
Refunds (if applicable) are subject to the cancellation policies of each third-party service provider and may be subject to their own timelines and deduction structures.
All service fees charged by us and any deposit paid are non-refundable, regardless of circumstances.
Any amendments or re-bookings requested after confirmation may incur additional third-party charges and a ₦15,000 administrative fee.
6. Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend that you obtain comprehensive travel insurance to cover unforeseen events including, but not limited to: medical emergencies, cancellations, loss of baggage, missed flights, natural disasters, or pandemics.
We are not responsible for any financial losses incurred due to lack of insurance.
7. Passports, Visas & Entry Requirements
You are responsible for ensuring that all travellers meet the passport, visa, vaccination, and entry requirements of all destinations included in the itinerary.
We will not be liable for denied boarding, visa refusals, deportation, or delays caused by incomplete or inaccurate travel documentation.
8. Travel Disruptions & Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays, cancellations, missed connections, or disruptions caused by airlines, weather, natural disasters, political unrest, strikes, or pandemics.
In circumstances beyond our control (“force majeure”), we will make reasonable efforts to assist, but we are not financially liable for losses or extra costs resulting from such events.
9. Liability Disclaimer
We act as a booking agent and do not own or control any third-party service providers.
We are not liable for any injury, loss, damage, accident, delay, inconvenience, or expenses incurred as a result of third-party actions, negligence, or failure to deliver agreed services.
Any claims arising from the quality or delivery of services must be made directly to the relevant provider.
10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
Any dispute arising from this agreement shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lagos State, Nigeria.
This applies regardless of the Client’s location or citizenship.
11. Data Protection, GDPR & Confidentiality
We are committed to protecting your personal data in line with the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023, and where applicable, the General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR).
Personal information will be used solely for the purpose of booking and managing travel services and will only be shared with third-party providers necessary for fulfilling your booking (e.g., airlines, hotels, visa offices).
We will never sell or misuse your personal data. Reasonable technical and organisational measures are taken to ensure data security.
You have the right to request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data at any time.
All client communications and booking information are treated as confidential.
12. Client Responsibilities
You are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and timely information required for your travel arrangements.
You must verify all confirmations, tickets, and documents received from us within 48 hours of receipt and notify us of any discrepancies.
You must comply with the rules and policies of airlines, immigration authorities, and all service providers included in your travel plans.
You understand that failure to follow these responsibilities may result in disruption or cancellation of services, for which we bear no responsibility.
13. Limitation of Liability
We shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, revenue, business, savings, data, or goodwill. In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you have paid us directly for our service fees (excluding third-party costs such as flights, hotels, or visas).
14. Fraud and Identity Declaration
You confirm that you are the authorised cardholder or account holder for any payment made to us and that the information provided for travel bookings is true and accurate. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any booking if fraudulent activity is suspected or if incorrect or misleading information has been provided.
15. Agent Service Scope Acknowledgement
By using our services, you understand that we are not a tour operator or travel insurer, but act as a facilitator between you and third-party travel service providers. We do not guarantee the performance or availability of third-party services and will not be liable for any failure of service, cancellation, or overbooking made by those parties.
16. Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to refuse service to any client at any time for any reason, including but not limited to suspected misuse, abuse, disrespectful behaviour, or breach of these Terms and Conditions.
17. Emergency Contact & Consent
In the event of an emergency during your travel, you authorise us to contact the appropriate authorities or your designated emergency contact and share necessary information for your safety and well-being.
18. Advice Disclaimer
While we may offer general guidance on travel risks, health, entry restrictions, or travel insurance, we are not legal, immigration, or medical professionals. You are advised to seek relevant professional advice where required.
Acknowledgement & Acceptance
By making a booking or payment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. You also confirm that all individuals under your booking are aware of and accept these terms.
